In its autumn-winter 15/16 collection, A.F. Vandevorst had used distressed and worn texture, monochromatic greys, rich botanical drawn styles and pattern cover-ups. The damask florals and woven ethnic prints, also added a strange yet captivating element to the collection.
As my hobbies include preparing for gloomy days by looking back at any dark borderline sinister collections I can think of, it seems to me every elements in this collection align to create dark twisted things of wonder.
